View on Github →chore: remove redundant <| (#44067)
This PR contains the fixes required by the linter in #43777.
This PR is best reviewed per commit: the first commit was auto-generated using skimmer and contains most of the changes.
- A few places had to be fixed manually, because the newline/whitespace configuration didn't work.
- If a
<|was placed after a newline, then the newline is removed automatically, causing a long line. This is fixed by putting the newline back. - One place required adding extra brackets because it used the slightly cursed notation
foo (a := ...).barwhich I had to change to(foo (a := ...)).bar. To get an understanding of what automatic removals are done, see the test file in #43777.
