chore: replace exact_mod_cast with exact mod_cast (#44348) The two spellings are equivalent (precisely, exact_mod_cast t is defined as exact mod_cast (t : _)), but the latter spelling is more composable. For example, by exact_mod_cast t is equivalent to by exact mod_cast t, which itself simplifies (almost always) to mod_cast t. Perform the same change for apply_mod_cast. Zulip
