chore(Data/Matroid): fix some docstrings (#24007) We fix typos and add small clarifying tweaks to matroid-related docstrings in twelve files. We make two small changes outside docstrings in Matroid.contract: scoping the Matroid.contract notation to match Matroid.delete as originally intended, and removing a redundant variable in the preamble.
